Some fun with Barry

So I handed in on Wednesday and now I'm done, if alls gone well 2nd year is done, and all I've got to worry about is the 3rd and final year.  And now I have to find a new thing to fill my time with, and something to moan about. However hear are the last few things I did before my hand in, its all to do with the uncanny, but I basically just took loads of pictures of our live in life model Barry.

Experiments I guess

I'm sorry I'm trying to think how I can describe these, I guess there experiments, although this is still all in the early stages of being worked out. Its something to do with Freud and the uncanny, although I'm still wondering why I photocopied most of the book and put it in my sketchbook, so for other people to know why I did that I'd be very impressed. 

Anyway now I've done that mad ramblings which you only truly get the day before your big scary final assessment here is some work I guess, to do with the uncanny I think. At least thats what all the evidence is pointing towards.

I'm unsure what im doing at the moment

All I really know is my final hand in is on Wednesday, and I've read some Freud. So hears two pictures I took which look slightly 3D, when put together quickly, but not really.

I've just gone beyond procrastination,

I call it hyper-procrastination. I'm sure theres a post-modernism joke in there. But now that I've finished my essay, and tidied my room all there really is left for me to do is my actual work. Instead however I decided to paint myself white, because that totally had to be done.

Next time I promise I will have actually, maybe of done some work.

I'm really bored

And I want to make some meringue or mayonnaise, unfortunately I don't have any eggs so neither of these boredom strategies are on the table. I could walk over to my desk and do some drawing, but that would require leaving my bed and walking over to my desk. Whats more satisfying than meringue or mayonnaise, which you can make without eggs.

On time

I worked and experimented, and didn't waste my days deliberately by watch biggest loser, or something equally as trashy, and I've actually completed something which I like, and managed to stick to the deadline I set myself. So here are two editorials based around the history of surgery. 
The first one is about going into the brain, and lobotomies.

And the second one is the history of reconstructive facial surgery.
