Something I'm ready to look at

 

I completed these ages ago way before Christmas, however when I'd finished them I wasn't too sure about them which I thought was probably due to extended periods of time having to look at them. Because of this I've kept them hidden in a draw for a while and now I don't think they're not too bad. However I've just had to do the same thing for the project I finished yesterday.

I've been cheating

I've got into tumblr and I really didn't mean to. Heres some things I put up there a few days ago. There just some experiments which I'm not going to use but I like how they look.

Its just so close now

This projects been going on for too long now, and its really starting to annoy me. However I do think that I'm almost there, and I think I would have finished it tonight. if there hadn't been a bird in the studio. Or at least thats my excuse. Anyway heres some things which are technically still experiments, however depending on how much I can be bothered.

I think it could be getting there

I defiantly feel like this is getting there, today I made this collage which will be the centre for the American Psycho cover, however there is still some inky, painty, you know that kind of messy thing. I know what I mean. it should be finished by tomorrow however which will be good.

Waiting, waiting, waiting...

I feel I have a lot of waiting to, mainly however because apparently I have a sudden interest in the US election. Maybe its just because I know the BBC graphics, are going to be fucking awesome, because their really good at doing elections, especially when the get the green screen out. Anyway heres some more work, still American Psycho, but I defiantly feel like I'm getting somewhere. Although they are still just experiments.

I'm back

Said Patrick Batemen after he viscously tortured and murdered two prostitutes. Or at least that's what he believes he's just done, if he has is different question however, which can only be answered by post-modernism. As you may be able to guess from that hint just there I'm doing something with American Psycho. Mainly because the last thing I made was nice, and pretty, and easy to look at. So I thought the best remedy to that would be do something with a Brett Eastern Ellis novel. As the chances are the reader won't want to be reading the book, so I can make the something that people may not want to necessarily look at.

However I really like how there looking, although these are just initial visual kind of things, nowhere near what the final thing will look like.
