Its George Harrison, but I cut him up a bit. I did intend to do some of that dissertation thing. I may have gotten distracted however.

I think it could be getting there

I defiantly feel like this is getting there, today I made this collage which will be the centre for the American Psycho cover, however there is still some inky, painty, you know that kind of messy thing. I know what I mean. it should be finished by tomorrow however which will be good.

Waiting, waiting, waiting...

I feel I have a lot of waiting to, mainly however because apparently I have a sudden interest in the US election. Maybe its just because I know the BBC graphics, are going to be fucking awesome, because their really good at doing elections, especially when the get the green screen out. Anyway heres some more work, still American Psycho, but I defiantly feel like I'm getting somewhere. Although they are still just experiments.

I'm back

Said Patrick Batemen after he viscously tortured and murdered two prostitutes. Or at least that's what he believes he's just done, if he has is different question however, which can only be answered by post-modernism. As you may be able to guess from that hint just there I'm doing something with American Psycho. Mainly because the last thing I made was nice, and pretty, and easy to look at. So I thought the best remedy to that would be do something with a Brett Eastern Ellis novel. As the chances are the reader won't want to be reading the book, so I can make the something that people may not want to necessarily look at.

However I really like how there looking, although these are just initial visual kind of things, nowhere near what the final thing will look like.

Something Different

Heres something that isn't, maybe not particularly me. Although its good to do something different. Its an entry for a book cover competition by Hush, a luxury lounge-where company for a book they are publishing with 12 short stories. The only specification was that it was based around the word Hush.  I decided that my main concept would be the phonetic symbol for sh- /ʃ/.

Yo its been a while

Boom said the person who only every says "BOOM", heres some work I made today, its about Venezuela and its economy, read all about it in this article. Anyway I feel quite good about it at the mo, especially because it was pretty much entirely done by hand, as well as all the experimentation. Boom see I'm maturing I so don't need a computer to make my work anymore !!

First day of school

Literally it is 9:09 and  technically start my 3rd year of university (no abbreviations you notice I'm really putting this off), and final year of not free, but education before actually having to think about money. So as you can tell really looking forward to this. Anyway what I really wanted to show you are these pictures of a plane I totally made out of my real hands and everything.

See its really nicely decorated and everything, but thats the thing I totally did that rather than you know work out what I'm going to do this year. Or research the big writey thing I have to give in in February  However what I have done is post a picture of this on twitter, because apparently that what we have to do in the real world. Become a douchbag who tell the world that there making themselves a sandwich, and then that it was good. All because we once heard a story of a friend of a friend who got a commission through it, like hipster version of an urban legend. But anyway I've probably put off walking to uni for too long as it 9:19, and I have to be there in 11 minuets so I really should go !!!
